ZULIC STUDIO is a Melbourne-based architectural visualisation studio led by Principal Artist and Creative Director Selvir Zulic.

With more than 13 years of industry experience, Selvir has worked across residential, commercial and large-scale development projects, producing architectural imagery for developers, architects and design practices. The studio focuses on transforming architectural documentation and design intent into refined, compelling visualisations for property marketing, design development, stakeholder presentations and project approvals.

Selvir brings together extensive professional practice with a strong academic background. He holds qualifications in Digital Media, 3D Design and Interactive Media from Griffith University and QUT Brisbane, and has also taught Visual Media and Graphic Design at tertiary level.
