Lobby & Dining Renovation — Interior Visualisation
Working closely with the interior design team at DBI, ZULIC STUDIO was engaged to help translate the design vision for a full renovation of the existing Marriott lobby and dining areas into detailed, realistic 3D visualisations.

The Process
involved interpreting design documentation, material selections, finishes, furniture and spatial intent, then carefully reconstructing the existing spaces in 3D so the proposed renovation could be evaluated with clarity and confidence. Site photography was also undertaken to capture key areas, existing conditions and architectural details for accurate modelling reference
Throughout the project, the visualisation work was developed in close collaboration with DBI’s interior designers, refining the imagery to reflect their intended atmosphere, material palette and overall design direction as precisely as possible.
The final renders were produced both as an internal design communication tool for the project team and as polished presentation imagery for DBI’s presentation to Marriott.
This project reflects the role architectural visualisation can play beyond marketing imagery — helping designers test, refine and communicate a renovation concept before construction begins.
