Helensvale HQ represents one of ZULIC STUDIO’s most extensive long-term visualisation projects, developed in close collaboration with MySpace from the early stages of concept development through to the final marketing imagery and architectural animation.

Rather than entering the project only at the final rendering stage, ZULIC STUDIO became involved while the development was still evolving. Early visual studies were used to explore design ideas, architectural character, materials, landscaping and the overall presentation of the precinct, helping translate developing concepts into clear visual form.
As the project progressed, the visualisation evolved alongside the architecture. Models, materials, environments and individual buildings were continually refined to reflect design changes and provide increasingly resolved representations of the proposed development.
The scale of Helensvale HQ made this a particularly substantial undertaking. ZULIC STUDIO produced a broad collection of exterior architectural imagery across the development, presenting individual buildings, streetscapes and larger precinct views.
The project ultimately extended into architectural animation, allowing the scale, movement and relationship between the different areas of the development to be communicated in a way that still imagery alone could not achieve.
From early concept interpretation to detailed final CGI, the project demonstrates the value of visualisation as an ongoing part of the development process — not simply as a final marketing exercise, but as a tool for exploring ideas, communicating design intent and ultimately presenting the completed vision with clarity and impact.
